Orange County, California

Hi. My name is Ken. I'm from Orange County, Ca.

I'm actually looking to get into the wedding videography industry. Does anybody need help? I used to shoot photos for an Orange County wedding photographer years ago.

Right now i've been shooting and producing fight videos for MMA fighters I train with, doing small indie films, and trying to shoot weddings.

Right now I have a Gl2 with a Sennheiser ME66/K6 Mic and a Beachtek DXA-4P XLR Adapter.

I also have a Gl1 that i'm thinking of selling and a Panasonic single chipper.

I'm looking forward to the next 48 hour film project in L.A.

That's about it as far as me and DV.

Hey Ken,

This will be my first year in LA for the 48 Hour Film Project, but I participated in them in South Dakota and Iowa, and they are a lot of fun. Let me know if you need a team to join :)

Also welcome to the forum.

This will be my first time period. I've read the rules and stuff. But what's the benefit of joining a team vs. going at it myself w/my own crew? It might be better for me to join up with someone who's already been involved.

Well it depends on if you can get enough people on your own really. There is a little experience with being able to get the whole thing done within the time limit but I think for the most part people can get it done.

You can see some of the stuff I did at www.talenos.com. Some turned out better than others, but for the most part we've done pretty well at those contests.
