Hello from Florence KY
I am new to all of this info. This site is great. I just bought a Canon Xl2 to do sports videos for my kids. I love to play with all of the editing software. I have finally found my hobbie. I next step is to find out how I can do some of this stuff to support my habit. Anyone have any good thoughts on this?

Hi David,
It's nice to see that you're having so much fun with your new hobby! As for your question, I've been asking it myself for about four years now. Finally decided to get a job doing something else and throw the money towards my video habit! :) There are lots of things to try--it's just that for some of us the jobs can be spotty. You've probably already found that if you keep nosing around these forums you'll find some ideas. In the meantime, welcome!!

David,
It has been a long time since your post... BUt like You, I am also from Florence (not Sparta) and bought an XL2 to video my kids and youth sports in general. I am new to all the technical thing's related to video. From what I have read in my short time on this site it appears that there is alot of help here for me. I need it!! |
