Shooting in Portland at DVinfo.net

Hi all. I have a question about Portland, Oregon. Has anyone done any guerrilla shooting there, or had experiences with shooting on the street or public places? I've read that the city film department is very strict. Do cops enforce this?

Just general info for possible upcoming short in which I have some outdoor sequences that will probably need to be heavily "illegal" and in the zone of trespass to get done, because, I mean, come on... I can't afford film insurance.

Why's it have to be so hard to make art?
