Hi all -
I'm a self-taught sound recordist, running a small sound effects website and just generally recording everything around me. Haven't done much on the video side, but now I'm slowly dipping my toes!
Eventually, I hope to be doing some of both, professionally.

For bread and butter, I have freelanced in the world of theater for the last 4 years (mostly building and stagetech). Now, though, at the ripe old age of 37, I am about to enter the local university (!) to study digital design (usability, interaction design, that sort of thing), so yeah - I'm all about learning something new (and meeting new people).

Hope to learn a bunch from you all and perhaps pass on some knowledge of my own.
