New from rhode island
I am new to video and looking for some video friends in Rhode Island or S E Mass. I have a Sony NX 5U. I have been into Photography most of my life shooting with Hasselblads and Nikons. What I am finding [the hard way] is that most everything is the same but with different terminology. I would like to meet people that are into Video that are around me and hopefully gain some more knowledge on the art. Hope to hear from all.

Welcome Rodger. The great thing about the DVInfo forum is you can get the answers to your questions from not just local people but experienced professionals all over the world. This means answers are pretty much 24/7.
I only joined recently too, but I am finding there are lots of people willing to tell you their experiences in a similar situation or with a similar problem to help you make sense of your issues. Ask away...
