Hello from Pennsylvania at DVinfo.net

My name is Nathan, I am a filmmaker currently living in western PA. My background stems from 35mm still photography in high school, and from then on I attended four years at Point Park University in their Digital Cinema program, where I have a BA in Film and and concentration in Cinematography and Photography.
Video-wise, I grew up with an old Hi8 camcorder. When I hit the program, I grew accustomed to HD and Film formats. I'm currently cutting my teeth on the new DSLR Canons, and just finished shooting an indie short on a 5DmkII. [It changed my eyes on production; Never before have my crew and I worked so effortlessly. We were able to work with all natural lighting.]
This is actually how I found this wonderful site, and I have been lurking for a few weeks.
Well, here I am now, and I'm glad to be a part of this wonderful community. I look forward to learning!
