Greetins from the Green Mountain State-VT
Hi,
I'm from Vermont- Starting a new business in the snow sports industry. Recently had to leave my job as marketing manager after 19 years due to aquisition and subsequent job re-location to Carson City. Needless to say I stayed here in VT. Bought a GL-2 to capture all important video for my product and as McDonalds now say's - am lovin it . Wish I quit my job years earlier. Only problem is I'll end up running the company when all I want to do is shoot video. Steve |

How is it there in Vermont? I was born in Vermont. Burlington to be exact. I lived near Lake Champlain and we would often go ice skateing or sailing on the lake. What city are you in?

Hey guys, I'm in Ferrisburg about 30 min south of Burlington. My parents live on the lake, so I get much water time. That area (lake) is out of control in terms of $$. But the rest of the area is only slightly more expensive than the norm. Burlington consistantly wins "best of" in Outside, Rand McNally, and so forth. As a matter of fact, Self magazine ranks Burlington the healthiest city in the nation for women to live in its November issue - go figure. Not many places I like better- maybe San Diego or Idaho. Good skiing 20 min away, Montreal a couple hours north, and GREAT lake. Oh, yeah, Ben and Jerrys shops all over.

Oh yeah, the other end of the state, it sure is nice up in Burlington, lots to do and see. Groovy Uvee, Shelburne Museum, and lots of breweries (I visited Magic Hat).
