Noob alert
Hi all,
Just joined and thought I'd introduce myself before posting questions. I'm a "noob" of the highest order when it comes to Video Editing, from the NLE (Pinnacle Edition 5) through to operating the camcorder (Canon XM2 (GL2)). In fact, I have only just opened the camcorder box 10 minutes ago :) Hope my questions don't become too annoying and I appreciate all your patience in advance. You shall find me kicking around in the GL2 forums mainly and I look forward to participating in the community. |

Thanks all, I appreciate the welcome.
Had a play today with the XM2 and am completely ecstatic with it. Even I can produce reasonable video even at this early stage. I'm off to go and read Jeff Donald's The Ultimate Depth of Field Skinny again....it's gotta all click in to place sooner or later :) |
