Well hello.

I guess I'm here to say hi. I'm 21, I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I own an arborist company, and develop websites during the winter. My interest in DV began when I got hooked on VBS.tv and their style of random, quirky documentaries. I no experience though. =\ Yet.

My claim to same is being a hitchhiker (map above). I think it would be fun to bring a camera along because, honestly, you couldn't make up stories like what I've been through.

Besides hitchhiking, and work (endless work), I play airsoft with a local club, travelling occasionally for larger games around BC.

I also love the outdoors, and Les Stroud was a hero of mine long before Survivorman aired (though it made me love hime more!).

Okay, that's me. I'll be buzzing around. I need to get a durable little HD camcorder for my first camera, preferiably one that shots to tape. I'll also need to build a video editing computer.

My money isn't endless, but I'm not your typical 21 year old.
