New to South Louisiana
My wife and I have moved back to her hometown of Houma, Louisiana which is all well and good with one small exception; I don't know anyone down in this neck of the woods and don't really have a clue who it is that I should be talking to about trying to drum up some work for myself.
I'm currently running a wedding video business ( www.silver-media.net ) and would like to begin doing freelance video work of all types in this region (Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette) but without contacts or any knowledge of the agencies around here I'm at a slight disadvantage. I have a non-wedding video reel online if anyone is interested. There are a few encoding problems here and there and the resume information needs to be ammended a bit, but it should give you an idea of my past experience.
