Film Flicker

I am using FCP 5 and also have some Natress filters. Trying to achieve a film projector look where the film appears to jump off track and then back. I can't seem to get the look i want. Sorry if I am too vague.
Thanks,
John

If so check this out. http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=83613
