sony hvr a1 or panasonic dvx for film

Next week I´m shooting my first feature film in pal land, and we have both cameras. Which one you guys think would be the best option in the attempt to achieve a certain film look

Actually in what light concerns the panasonic is stronger, right? And I guess the 25p mode works better also in the this one too. Actually my d.o.p wants tho shoot 25p progressive with the panasonic dvx...

or would you recomend go 25 p in post even with this camera?

thanks for your help

martin

p.s. We are using rode ntg2 and Me66, both cameras have 2 xlr imputs..

I would go for the PAnasonic DVX, I think it has better manual control, more image settings and more of a filmlook.
