Help identify effect used to get this look...

I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers in how someone was able to get this type of look in a video. I'm specifically asking about the grain and a particular effect that changed the colors in this video. It kind of reminded me of a Guy Ritchie snatch look. Here's the link:

I'm not really sure what you mean about the grain. Could you post a still frame or something?

The coloring effect is a simple bleach bypass. It can be done with magic bullet, and any NLE. Just search for bleach bypass tutorial on google or use the search function.
