How to make color likethis sample? at DVinfo.net

i really like the music video, but still wonder how they make the color look like this. ( chinese mtv style) is that any trick, cuz i can't find any type of color in mAgic bullet or cinelook look like in this video ?

The obvious effect to me is the graduated blue filter applied to almost every clip. I think some clips may have it added optically and some digitally in post. Is there something else of notice to you about the color?

i think they used the filter in after effects. and down the saturation, a lil bit hue the blue channel. am i correct? or add a b&W layer?
