DIY Pop-Up 4-input switcher/recorder

I wanted a quick-to-deploy solution for live-switching and recording events like corporate chalk-talks and school performances. Managed to build one from (mostly) used gear. Total cost around $1400 (until I upgraded the recorder to a Blackmagic from an Atomos Ninja2.

The lid pops up, you run the power cable out a hole in the back, plug in your HDMI sources and you're ready to roll. Longest part is running cables.
