Martial arts video with XH A1

Hello Everybody,

I would like to shoot the Martial Arts video H.Def but i would like to know what is best with the XH A1, 30i or 60i? There will be a lot of movement and action. I don't want it to look bad and not capture the movement correctly.

I am using Final Cut Pro for editing.

Thank you.

Why not take the time to do a test and see what works best for your situation?

It is subjective a person likes. See what you like. Good Luck..

This was shot with an A1 however a couple of shots were an HV30. It was really low light in some areas which was a pain. The whole thing was shot 50i, I have done some other stuff in 25p (F) but it looks bad when slowed down. I reckon shoot 60i
