Shot List Template?
Does anyone have a shot list template as word processing document they want to share, or a link to something?

This is the basic template I start with. It usually gets tweaked by the director.

Everyone has their own version, my only suggestion is put the scene in the heading and use a new list for each scene - also gives you space at the bottom for extra notes

As Rainer said, everyone has their own preferred way to do things. I've attached an example from a recent shoot of a filled out shot list in shot order. I generally like to have a separate shot list for each day of shooting. that way I can quickly reference where we are in the progress of each day.
Believe it or not we actually got through most of the shots in the attached shot list in one long (16 hour for crew) day. Mercifully the director and producer decided they didn't need 5 of the shots. Sylvia's monologue (shots 8N and 8O) was a pretty long monologue that the director wanted to get in one continuous take. Luckily the actors were pretty on and by this time they were able to do most of the shots in one or two takes. -Garrett |

Does anyone know of a shotlist application for MAC? I found this one for my iphone which is pretty cool, its lets you do lighting diagrams as well:
