Filmlook - what are they using?

Anybody know what the "Regis & Kelly" show uses for their "filmlook". They have a cruise contest going on and everyday they show this footage that looks pretty good. I do see some arti-facts, but it doesn't look like any software or camera footage I've seen ("Magic Bullet"/DVX etc.).
Same thing, whenever they do skits, on a G4 show (DirectTV ch.354) called "X-Play". Appreciate the help. Thanks.
