music for a Real Estate virtual tour

My new project is a virtual tour of a house for advertisement purposes.
I already took all the footage that I need.
Now I am looking for music for it.
Any suggestion?
Kip in mind that there will be narrating and titles.

If you're asking for suggestions of specific titles (like "Our House" by Madness :) ) you need to know that it's bad business (and illegal) to use copyright music without permission.

If you're looking for suggestions for buyout royalty-free music sources, I recommend StackTraxx from Digital Juice. Another source which I have not used, but has received very good reviews here is Stock20.com.

Check into Smartsound's SonicFire library. There are a lot of pieces in it that would fit

Burnin' Down the House. Just kidding. :) Stick with royalty free, especially with something that's going to get public exposure.
