Attention fans of the Agus35 and Aldu35 threads!
Howdy from Texas,
It's really amazing how popular the Agus35 and Aldu35 threads have been. We're fairly certain that these types of discussions represent a whole new area of video making that probably should have its own dedicated discussion board. So the plan is to create a new forum called "Alternative Imaging Methods," and move the Agus35 and Aldu35 threads into it. The forum would also be open to other discussion topics such as Super 8mm filmmaking, using still images from a digicam to produce moving video, etc., anything that's beyond the generic camcorder experience. Is anybody opposed to this idea? The Agus35 and Aldu35 threads in this forum would be replaced by re-directs to their new homes in Alternative Imaging Methods. That way, all of the outside links to these threads from around the Net won't be broken. Stephen van Vuuren, one of our experienced forum leaders, has volunteered to moderate. Please chime in here regarding this move. Thanks, |

I think its a great idea, mainly because the original two threads are getting absolutely enormous. With a new forum, the search function can be used and will avoid so much repetition of questions/ideas, hopefully moving the design concepts forward at a faster rate.

New thread
Paolo Rudelli have start new place to discuss about the adaptor but in french. It's interesting because everything is separate by element or section. Section for each element of the adaptor. So it's easyer to find what your looking for. This could be a interesting way to go if the new thread ("Alternative Imaging Methods ) become available.
Alain Dumais Ps: here is the link as a example. http://forum.aceboard.net/i-36808.htm

Alain
Our new Alternative Imaging Methods forum will go online early Monday morning (29 March) around 6am GMT. If there is someone here who can assist with breaking down copies of the extensive Aldu35 and Agus35 threads into smaller manageable sections, please step forward here. I will try to provide some kind of reward for the work involved with that task. Thanks, |

Any update on the organizing progress?
My intention isn't to be a pest. I'm just getting a little anxious to help out.

area like homebuilt stabilizers
it would be cool to have an area like on homebuiltstabilizers.com for all the people who have actually built a stabilizer.
