any advice .....
I've got a DVX100. One of the negatives on the original cam is the focal length from cam to subject. It far - a minimum 12 to 18 inches. The new DVX100a has a short focal length.
Do any of you have any experience with acromatic lenses. I've got the canon 500D. It's rated as a +2. I need a + 7 to get the image with in an exceptable range of lense to image. I've looked around for a 72mm screw-on acromatic (including B&H) but can't find one? Any suggestions. |

just a clarification....
I'm looking to build a 35mm lense set-up like Luis's or Agus's. That's what the acromatic diopter is for.

DVX100
Hi Dean,
I don't know if you have looked at the forum posts relating to the DVX 100 and the Agus35. A rep from Century Optics has been helping with the anachromatic diopter issues. Here is the link. http://www.dvxuser.com/cgi-bin/DVX/Y...num=1070228577 |
