Jitter / Shake Effect

Hello Everyone:

I'm editing a (Music) video in Adobe Premiere Elements 1.0, and I need to include a jitter or shake effect in several scenes to show the vibration of bass in the song....How would I do that or is there a plug in for this particular effect. Please help.

Thanks.

Do you have access to After Effects?

This is a very simple expression in AE... one line of text. Other than that, I'm thinking you'll have to keyframe every frame and jiggle it in Premiere. Lots of work.
