How to sell to schools
I've produced a documentary that is cross-curricular, both science and social studies/history, that would probably be of interest to middle and high schools. Is there a central agency that sells films/videos to schools? I could go district by district but it seems there must be an easier way.
any input would be appreciated. |

I'd think that book publishers, like Scholastic, might have DVD divisions that sell to schools:
teacher.scholastic.com/ There is also, no doubt, magizines aimed directly at teachers/principals - you could take out an ad in one of these: http://www.edweek.org/ew/index.html http://www.theeducationcenter.com/cgi-bin/tec/guest.jsp http://www.teachernet.gov.uk/ Teachers have very strong unions, and might also be a possible souce of buyers: http://www.aft.org/ New Jersey's: http://www.njsft.org/ Hope this helps a bit - good luck! john evilgeniusentertainment.com |
