How to sell to schools

I've produced a documentary that is cross-curricular, both science and social studies/history, that would probably be of interest to middle and high schools. Is there a central agency that sells films/videos to schools? I could go district by district but it seems there must be an easier way.

any input would be appreciated.

I'd think that book publishers, like Scholastic, might have DVD divisions that sell to schools:
teacher.scholastic.com/

There is also, no doubt, magizines aimed directly at teachers/principals - you could take out an ad in one of these:

Teachers have very strong unions, and might also be a possible souce of buyers:

New Jersey's:

Hope this helps a bit - good luck!
