Need help with a acountant at DVinfo.net

Hi everyone -

I need to start taking care of the 'business side' of the business and need to hook up with a decent reasonably priced accountant. Can anyone refer me to someone in the SoCal area? I don't want to just look for one in the phone book. Never know what I'd end up with until it's too late.
