Location release question.
If the actual owner of a property signs a release, no problem. How about if the property is leased to someone else. Can the person leasing the property legally sign a release? What about the manager of the business, if he is not the owner?

I think it depends on the nature of the lease, and would be specific to the type. Are you talking business or residential?

I'm sorry, I meant for business locations. Would it be legal for the person leasing the property or their manager to sign the release?
