Shooting contract? at DVinfo.net

I'm about to start work on a project for a church that will total around 25K. They (and I) want a contract for the project, but I've never done anything really beyond like 5K and have never used a contract. Just invoices and such with a half down deposit. Does anyone have a good contract or some resources where I could find one that I could adapt? Thanks for any help!!!!

Anything anyone might offer here will probably not apply in your jurisdiction or situation. This is one of those areas where biting the bullet to consult with an attorney in your area is the wisest move.
