That would be tricky for those having, er, extended friendships with the people they act with. Swapping the real girlfriend for the real wife, with the girlfriend present would cheer the crew up immensely watching the squirming!

Or worse, their real partner is a different sex! It will be like watching 60's TV where they used stunt doubles for trivial things - worst being Star Trek, where virtually all the fight scenes features really bad stunt double selection as in wrong height, age, skin colour, build - and this was the same in the British series like the Avengers, Patrick McNee would be substituted for the most simple physical work.
