Stock footage of cities
I'm interested in shooting lakes in a downtown city and was wondering what I need to be aware of legally to sell it as stock footage. I know the faces must not be distinguishable, otherwise I would require a release form.
Are there any other types of paperwork that I would need to account for? Can the city fine me for taking video footage (tripod or not)? |
