License sample needed
Several weeks ago I had a musician friend create and record a song for use in a video project. BUt I need to get all the paperwork in place, and can't seem to find a good example of a license to use. Basically I want to have the right to use this music for a year in my video projects.
I have spent hours searching the net, and can't seem to find anything that applies, even from the "paid contracts" sites. Can someone point me to a good sample sync/master use license agreement?

No.
But then again, I'm married to an intellectural property attorney. I can get a 'small discount' on my legal fees.... |

No sweat. Found it with two minutes worth of googling. Guess it's all in the wrist.
