blip.tv hacked?

I logged into the blip.tv account I signed up for months ago, and I got a message saying my account was suspended.

I asked why. Their first email said they don't allow content that promotes a product or service. I emailed them back to ask what they were talking about, as I hadn't uploaded anything such item to them. I haven't uploaded anything to them in months, probably over a year.

They replied with the offending content, which was a spam ad for 'cheap contact lenses'. I replied I didn't upload that. Still waiting for their reply.

Nothing like this has happened to my vimeo account, or any other video hosting site. I just wonder if anyone else has this experience?
