Does anyone have an example NDA agreement
I am sending some footage to a potential customer/production house, and am looking for a sample NDA that basically states they
-do not own the footage -cannot use the footage outside this agreement and or produce the footage -are only using this footage to shop around and for no other use. thanks! |

You don't want an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement), you're looking for something that spells out your copyright ownership and states what they can or cannot do with your footage. Some sort of "Usage Agreement", or words to that effect.

One of the simplest ways of dealing with this is to print TC and/or copyright on the file/tape/DVD whatever you send them. Leave a title on the whole clip.
This way it is unusable. But fine for showing footage. |

What about a simple watermark, rendering the footage unusable?
