Equipment Rental Forms
Hi. Does anyone know where I could find free examples of equipment rental forms? I and DPing for a short film and I'm using my own gear, but it's not my production. I'm just basically shooting it and doing what I can to help out. I want to have the producer/director sign something so that if any of my gear gets broken, stolen, whatever that he and his company are the ones responsible for replacing it. Anyone know where I might be able to find something like that or have an example of one i could modify for this? Thanks.

I found this link from the seventh search return. http://www.freelegalforms.net/index.cfm?index=forms&filename=Form12067.htm It is for a monthly lease however you can change that if needed. Lots more examples available if you just look for them. Mr. Bill
