Actor/Model Release
I recently shot some footage for an educational series video for a not for profit firm. This was my first time doing anything of this nature as I normally do wedding videography.
My question is, do I or does my client need to have the persons in the video sign a release and if so whose responsibilty is it to keep these on file? TIA Paul |

Paul,
Do the initials CYA mean anything? It would certainly be in your best interest to get releases from any of the identified, major players in you footage. I would keep the original, and forward a copy to the organization you are working for. |
