Oh man, been there, done that. Reminds me of my first year in business when I was didn't know enough to run, not walk for the exits when a potential 'client' started pulling out lines like these. It only took a couple of paaaainful contracts before I started figuring things out. (I guess I'm a slow learner). Thanks for sharing...
