Has anyone used Movie Magic Contracts to option a script? at DVinfo.net

I've gone through the wizard but have a couple questions about the 'exhibits' and copyright stuff if anyone has done this before.

My options were negotiated by my attorney. (Who also happens to be my wife... pretty handy. She does IP, copyrights, trademarks and lisencing, much like Paul Tager here on the board.)

It's a serious business, and while there are "standard" forms to start with, positions can be negotiated up or down depending on strength of hand. M
