using poems and showing a physical DVD
Hey,
I'm wondering what the legal implications would be to use two T.S. Eliot poems, "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock" and "The Hollow Men" as part of the screenplay, and showing a physical DVD (no footage, just the disc and case) of Being John Malkovich (and obviously referencing it in the script). Thanks, Ian |
