Budgeting Software Recommendations?
Can anyone recommend a software program for estimating and invoicing jobs?
I'm looking specifically for something that is a boilerplate program, with pre-programmed line items, designed specifically for corporate video productions and the like--Quicken and Filemaker Pro are great, but I don't want to have to enter all the line items manually. Having done an internet search on the subject, I see there are a lot of programs out there for big-budget feature films, but nothing for smaller productions. Thanks in advance for your help. All the best, -Emile |

quickbooks pro allows you to save an estimate (or "memorize" it) to reuse it each time. so once you get the layout, you just enter in the different customer details by clicking on the customer and saying "new estimate" and then it is just a matter of a few clicks to select the specifics of the estimate (# hours shooting, whatever you specify in your estimates)
