Looking for small stage to shoot interviews in Los Angeles

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping this is the appropriate place to pose this question. I tried to figure out where might be the right place and this seemed like it. If it is not, I apologize in advance.

I'm looking for a small, relatively soundproof stage (as small as 20' x 25' x 12' high) to shoot some interviews in the Los Angles area.

This can even be some soundproof room in someone's home. We don't need a lounge, or a kitchen, as long as we have someplace for the talent to sit.

We will have a very small crew, maybe as many as 5 people including talent. Budget is an important consideration (as inexpensive as possible). We are hoping for a couple of 6 hour days for a total of $300.00 to $400.00 for both days combined.

This needs to be someplace that is not booked with better paying gigs and would consider our business a win/win for both parties.

We would be providing our own lights but would need some quiet environment and a bit of A/C power for our lights.

Any suggestions?
