Production Name at DVinfo.net

Are there any special procedures I need to go through to tag all my work with a production name? Like Spielberg has Amblin or Gibson has Icon, and Cameron has Lightstorm? Is there anything I need to do special to use my own?

I know this question has been answered before, But Im on a system that crashes everytime I attempt a search.

In the USA, If you use a name it is then automaticlly a Trade Mark. However it is not a Registered Trade Mark unless you regester it. Therefore you can place the little TM after the name just for using it but not the R until you pay the fee.
