Pricing and delivery questions
Hey,
I recently did a freelance video shoot at a large mountain bike race. I did this to get footage for a full length video I'm planning on releasing. A couple people have contacted me for footage of themselves from the race, So my first question is.. How much should I charge? I'm using photographers as an example so i'm thinking 20 bucks. I could go a little less but not too much more because then I'm not sure it's worth my time. These clips I have of people are just a few seonds long. Any thoughts? Second. For delivery I was thinking of burning the footage to a CD as a couple versions. A FUll res version and a couple diffrent compressed version for uploading to the internet and sending thru E-mail. The one thing I'm wondering about is should I watermark the full res video with something small but noticaeble? what do you guys think? thanx

I don't think you can watermark the video if you are going to SELL
it. Ofcourse you can add "produced by" ... or a "film by" and/or credits.

really?
If i'm selling to someone who wants it for personal use? Photographers watermark their photos that they sell at these types of events so I was thinking along those lines. When I said watermark, i just meant something small in the corner of the screen.
