Paypal scam asks for your PIN number
Got this in the email today. Basically, an email form "Paypal" saying that they are deleting inactive accounts and if you want yours renewed you'd better enter in your personal info and your BANK PIN NUMBER!! Please let your gullible friends and relatives know that you SHOULD NEVER GIVE OUT THAT INFORMATION IN AN EMAIL.
This link describes the scam: http://www.fightidentitytheft.com/pa...mail_form.html If you are interested in how you can suss out some of these things (besides the obvious warning to be suspicious about giving out your information), look in the source of the email. This one cleverly sources its images from the actual site paypal.com but the form itself is hosted on a non-paypal site.
