Union and non Union rates

I'm having trouble finding the union rates for film positions. I checked the IATSE website, but can't find a single document that has minimum rates for anything they cover.

I've been doing the entrepreneurial filmmaker thing part time for a while, but I want to get involved full time, and I have the possibility of being picked up by some low to mid budget productions as best boy, key grip, etc. I wanted to see what the union rate for these jobs were, to at least have something to compare to. Anyone know of the typical rates for those sorts of positions for low to mid budget HD feature films targeted to the home video audience?
