California Tax ID for video biz?
Does anyone know for sure if I need a tax id for a video production company. It's pretty much all service right? Weddnigs, events, trainings... But if I sell extra copies of a vhs or dvd am i supposed to be charging tax?

Mark,
The best thing to do is contact the state tax office. They can tell you if you need to collect tax or not. |
