Video Promotion Display

I was looking for a inexpensive way to promote my DVDs at several retail centers and thought of the new digital photo frames. Since some claim to playback avi and mpeg files I was thinking of about a 60 second video promo loop. However, there is not much information about video quality in the specs including refresh time. Nor are there many reviews on video quality. Anyone have any experience with these frames around the $125 amount.

Thanks

I bought a 100 dollar model that plays avi and was not impressed at all. I returned it as it did not work out for our needs. It was in office, waiting room display.
