Help: Where can I find a Script Writing Contract?

I want to hire a writer for to create a script and am looking for a standard contract that I can use as a starting point. Anyone have something I can use or know where I can find one online?

Eliot Grove, organizer of Raindance Festival, has written two books, one on scriptwriting and one on film production. In the later is explained different models for buying the rights to a script, although there are no contract examples in the book, I think there may be on the CD, didn't look closer at it.
