I want to do corprate commercials, and the rest of the big buisness market. Does anyone have some advise for working my way toward that?
Thanks |

Althought I have no experience in this I would put together
a demoreel for people/companies to see. I doubt they will hire someone without seeing the quality of their work!

Realistically, the people in your market that produce the commercials you want to make, are the ones who can help you. In other words, go to the Ad agencies in your city, and see if they are hiring.
Depending on your current experience and demo reel, they will either offer you a job, or an "intern" position, or tell you "come back later." Short of that, you will have to re-invent the wheel... go to school, start at the bottom, pull yourself up by your own bootstraps... you know the drill. |

Richard offered you solid advice. If you sift through the "Taking Care of Business" forum, you will find a wealth of information here related to your question.
Nothing beats hitting the streets and getting your name out. If you don't have a demo reel, you will need to create one. This is your calling card and it will be hard to find work without it. |
