B&H for sure, as everyone here raves about them. I havn't used their services yet but it's always been good stuff that I've heard about them.

Also, you might want to check out the Canon Rebel XTI or 400D as it's known.
I just brought mine from Costco and am loving it.

You can choose to do a side-by-side comparison from the site and overall reviews about the cameras. The Rebel's spec shows it to have the smallest sensor of the bunch but offers more in resolution than it's counterparts-don't ask me about the magic, I just read about it on the site.

For the price and quality, I love my Rebel.
