First Digital Camera with Hi-Def Video?
The Canon S80 shoots video at 1024x768!!!
Only 15fps but still. I wonder if there is any digital camera or will be soon something that shoots 1024x768 or even 1280x720 at 30fps? |

It can do 1024x768 now! And nice quality too. See a sample clip. So if it can do it at 15fps now, surely in a year it will do it at 30fps, no problem... |

Actually according to Moores law it will take 2 years for the technology to double so by 2008 we will see a digital still camera that can shoot high definition at 24 frames per secound. By that time dedicated high definition video cameras will be selling for a thousand dollars.
