I recently had a problem with my Blackbird stabilizer. Sometimes things just happen. The good folks at Camera Motion Research were amazing with their fast and effective support. The problem was resolved with just a few e-mails that were all replied to the same day I sent them. My rig will be good as new in a few days. They stood behind their product 100% with no hassles or red tape.
If you want a finely machined stabilizer instead of Chinese junk I highly recommend them. Not only is it a great product but if you ever need support they are there to back it up.
