Gimbal - AlexMos Brushless Gimbal Controller - Buying genuine or not genuine?

Hey guys!

I have 32bit controller on my gimbal. Everything works fine. I would like to have an extra back up controller board, in case the current fails on a job.
My question: Is it important to buy a "genuine" "authorized or approved" board or I can pick any of the available on ebay? Are these coming from the same factory in China or there are real quality differences between them?
There is a price difference (twice as much) between the "simple" and "genuine" 32bit AlexMos Brushless Gimbal Controllers....
Thanks so much!
